用途/Purpose
西瑪克生產(chǎn)的法蘭連接美標波紋管閘閥(截止閥)適用于公稱壓力CLASS150~1500LBS,工作溫度-29℃~350℃的石油、化工、制藥、 冶金、電力行業(yè)等各種工況要求密封嚴格的管路上，切斷或接通管路介質(zhì)。
Gate valve (globe valve) with bellow seal acc. to ANSI is applicable to the cutting and connection of pipelines medium that are used in various indus-tries such as peroleum, chemical industry, pharmacy, chemical fertilizer, electric power industry etc under nominal pressure of CLASS150-1500LBS and working temperature of-29~3501
結(jié)構(gòu)特點/Structural features
1、 產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)合理、密封可靠、性能優(yōu)良、造型美觀；
2、 密封面堆焊Co基硬質(zhì)合金，耐磨、耐腐、抗摩擦性能好、使用壽命長；
3、 閥桿調(diào)質(zhì)及表面氮化處理，有良好的抗腐和抗摩擦性能；
4、 雙重密封，性能更可靠；
5、 閥桿升降位置指示、更直觀；
6、 零件材質(zhì)及法蘭、對焊端尺寸可根據(jù)實際工況或用戶要求合理選配，滿足各種工程需要。
- This product has logical structure, reliable seal, excellent performance and nice design.
- The seal surface is build-up welding with Co hard alloy, which is attrition-resistant,corrosion-resistant, has good friction resistant and long life.
- The stem is quenched and tempered, and its surface is treated by nitriding treatment, thus it has good corrosion resistant and friction resistant.
- It has double seal capability, thus is more reliable.
- The stem may show the position of lift, thus it is clearer.
- The part material, flange and butt weld end dimension may be selected according to current operating condition and users' requirement, so that meet the requirements of various engineering.
